The landscape is waking up with fresh greenery, the air carries a gentle warmth, and at Divanyx Event Center and Photography, we had the absolute honor of capturing and hosting Jessica and Mike’s beautiful rustic wedding on May 15th, 2026.

An Elegant Ceremony Under the Chandeliers

The day began with anticipation building as approximately 90 of Jessica and Mike’s closest family and friends gathered. At 4:00 PM, the ceremony commenced upstairs in our beautifully restored historic barn. While barn weddings often lean purely rustic, Jessica and Mike elevated the space into pure romantic elegance. They exchanged vows directly beneath our signature sparkling chandeliers, which cast a warm, radiant glow over the entire room, perfectly balancing the rich, natural wood tones of the barn.

Thoughtful, Budget-Friendly Details

One of our favorite elements of this wedding was how beautifully the couple utilized the layout and amenities. Jessica and Mike chose an intimate reception setup using all rectangular tables, creating a grand, banquet-style dining atmosphere that encouraged conversation and connection among their guests.

They also took full advantage of our exclusive venue perk: decorating the entire space using the extensive inventory of wedding decor we provide completely free of charge! From elegant centerpieces to charming rustic accents, everything looked seamless, cohesive, and incredibly stylish—proving that a gorgeous wedding doesn’t have to carry a luxury price tag.

Delicious Food & Exceptional Service

When it came to dinner, the couple treated their guests to an absolute feast. The reception was catered by local favorite El Carambas, who served up a delicious, authentic Mexican food buffet that kept everyone heading back for seconds.

To keep the celebration flowing, Spare Time Lanes handled the bar service. Their team provided exceptionally professional and attentive service, crafting great drinks and keeping the energy high as the day turned to evening.

A Night of Non-Stop Entertainment

Once the dinner plates were cleared, DJ Dayln took control of the evening, proving to be both incredibly professional and immensely entertaining. The dance floor was packed from the very first track, but the fun didn’t stop there.

Guests filled their night exploring every corner of our venue. From snapping fun memories in the photo booth to playing lively rounds of yard games out on the lawn, there was never a dull moment. Inside, our dedicated game room offered a fantastic alternative space for guests to mingle and play.

And, of course, no Divanyx wedding is complete without a spin in our signature red, antique-looking golf cart! It served as both a delightful guest experience and a fantastic prop for some truly unique, playful photos.

Behind the Lens: Capturing the Love

Because we had the distinct privilege of pulling double duty as both the venue hosts and the official wedding photographers, we got to see the day unfold from behind the camera. From the emotional moments of the 4:00 PM ceremony to the laughter bouncing around the yard games, capturing the pure joy on Jessica and Mike’s faces was an absolute dream.
