✓Choice of alcohol vendor with no minimum or added fee. Some venues require a minimum total or a fee added to your alcohol costs. We even work with vendors that allow you to provide your own alcohol which can save thousands of dollars!

Extras
• For all September and October weddings/events: Additional $500 will be added to above prices
• Event Insurance which helps protect us, yourself, and your guests. In place of a damage deposit and potentially thousands of dollars in costs to damaged property, we require a special event insurance which can cost anywhere from $115 to $175 from our preferred vendors depending on the amount of guests.
• We love our employees but also care about our clients’ wallets, so we only require a 12% gratuity fee where as many other venues charge over 20% for gratuity and service fees.
