✓ Choice of caterer with no minimum or added service fee. Some venues require a minimum of $10,000 in food and alcohol or have a 15% fee added to your catering bill. We have NO minimum, and some customers have fed guests for less than $5 per person compared to the national average of $27 per guest for a buffet. This could save over $4,000!
✓Choice of alcohol vendor with no minimum or added fee. Some venues require a minimum total or a fee added to your alcohol costs. We even work with vendors that allow you to provide your own alcohol which can save thousands of dollars!
✓ 20% discount on any of our wedding photography packages, which can save as much as $800, or you are free to hire your own photographer. Keep in mind that no one knows our property better than us!

Some venues either do not provide tables and/or chairs or charge to rent them. This can save upwards of $1,000 or more compared to other venues.

There is no other venue that provides items like this for their couples... we keep adding great things to our inventory!

✓ Social Photo Booth for instant downloads and sharing. Includes a virtual photo booth to replace disposable cameras at each table. Allow your guests to take photos, videos, boomerangs, and GIFs right from their phones. Even guests not at the event can participate!!! Over a $1,000 value.
✓ Table Linen: White, black, or Ivory
✓ Decorations and centerpieces for your tables, ceremony, and reception. Some venues don't offer any decorations. Using ours can save $100+ per table.
✓ Light up marquee letters that spell the word ‘LOVE’ (Great for pictures).

✓ Honeymoon/anniversary trip discount: With our referral, you can stay at an all-inclusive beachfront resort for a heavily discounted amount. Previous customers have paid only $1,695 compared to $3,200 on Expedia for the same trip.
✓ We include the preceding Thursday for your decorating and rehearsal when you book a Friday wedding. For all other wedding days, provided there isn't another event scheduled, we offer the day before for $100 per hour as needed. This is not normal in our industry and normally costs $1,000+ at other venues.
