We offer two photographers for all our wedding shoots. We believe having two points of view at a wedding is very important. During the ceremony we are able to get many different angles and shots. Before and after the ceremony it is nice to have more than one photographer so we can be in two places, take pictures from different angles, and also have the creativity of two people for photo ideas.

Yes! With our Platinum and Diamond Wedding packages an engagement session is included; with our Gold package you can add a session.

What is the day after wedding photo shoot?

A day after photo shoot was suggested to us by a client. The idea is that we can focus more on the wedding party and guests on the day of the wedding and then have personal one on one time with the bride and groom the day after. This also allows to get pictures at a different location for a good variety of wedding photos. We have also had clients use this when they have a traditional American wedding along with another culture wedding on different days.

We understand that not everyone needs, wants or has time for either the engagement or day after sessions. In fact, most clients that book the Diamond Wedding package do not use the day after session. However, we do not change the price if you do not need them. Instead, we offer extra photo editing work such as touchups or collages.

We are happily located in Rochester, MN and do not have a limit on how far we are willing to travel. We charge 50 cents a mile round-trip for locations outside the Rochester area. If the travel is over two hours, we may require hotel stay to be paid by the client.

Yes! When do we leave? We love to travel and are available for any destination (including outside the country). We require extra payment to cover travel expenses. Please contact us about any distant destination and we will be happy to work with you on a quote.

We work very hard to get you all your photos as soon as we can. In most cases, we are able to complete your online gallery within two weeks, but during busy seasons and other circumstances, it may take longer. However, we provide your Thank You card within the first week so you can print and send those out as soon as possible.

At most weddings (Platinum Wedding package) we take between 2000 and 3000 photos but after we delete duplicates and ones that people are either blinking or not looking, we narrow that down to 700 to 1000 for your online gallery.

Yes, we create an online gallery for you and your friends & family to access with a gallery ID.

Forever! We do not delete any pictures or galleries unless you as the client request us to take a picture or gallery down.

We do not provide CDs, DVDs, or USBs with your pictures, but you are able to download all your pictures from your online gallery and then add them to a USB or any other device.

We do not print any pictures. However, you are able to print from our website. The company that hosts our online galleries has contracts with a dozen or more third parties that provide anything from prints to canvas to keychains and shirts. The options are always changing and we do not control the price, but the quality is VERY good and we have many customers that print photos exclusively from our website because they like the quality of the prints.

We do not print the Large Divanyx collage, but we suggest to print it no smaller than 2 by 3 feet and recommend larger if you have the room. We have had many customers that print the Large Divanyx collage on canvas and it has turned out very nice.

We typically need around two hours with the wedding party. We like to have around 30 minutes with just the bride and groom and then around 90 minutes with the full wedding party.

Yes, we think this is very important as this captures memories on your big day. We typically take family pictures right after the ceremony, but we are flexible if you need to do this at a different time. The amount of time for this really depends on how many family members you will need to take pictures with. The larger the family the more time we will need. For most weddings, we take 30 to 60 minutes.

Yes, but we ask that they do not stand in our way. We also ask that while taking posed shots, everyone looks at our camera and not a friend or family member. We know how important it is for family and friends to get their own pictures. We encourage that as long we get to do our job of taking amazing pictures of your day.

Absolutely, we truly believe this is YOUR day and we are there to serve you! If you have picture examples of poses you like, please provide those to us and we will do our best to get as many of them as we can. We cannot guarantee we can get to them all but we will do our best.

We currently do not require a deposit.

We currently are very flexible with our payment schedule as we know the financial stress that weddings can put on a couple/family. We allow you to pay on your own schedule, whether that is in monthly payments, half at engagement session and half the day of the wedding, all on the day of the wedding or even days after the wedding. Most customers pay us on the day of the wedding for convenience but we do not require it.

Most customers pay with a check, but we also accept cash and payment through PayPal. If using PayPal or a credit card there is a 3% fee added to the price.

There is no penalty for cancelling an event more than 120 days in advance, but 30 to 120 days prior, there is a 20% fee and less than 30 days there is a 50% fee.

Absolutely, but within reason. We will stay to get the special moments that are listed in the package you book but there are limits to how long we would stay. We have never had a time when the wedding was so delayed that we have not got everything promised in the package and have never had to charge extra.

Most customers do provide a meal but we do not require it. If you are planning to feed us (thank you), please let us know so we do not pack a meal.

All photos in your online gallery have gone through a quick touch-up for color and brightness in Lightroom (Color/Picture Correction). We also provide more design work in our Platinum and Diamond Wedding packages. You can also purchase more touch-ups if needed.

This is what we call our magazine quality photo touch-ups. Our designer has a four year degree in graphic design and years of experience in Photoshop. No company provides better touch-up services than we do and we stand by that. These touch-ups take in many cases hours to finish each, so they are provided after you have seen your photos and tell us which your favorites are.

We do not print anything from your gallery. We work with you to design the Save the Date and Thank You cards in the size and format you like and then upload them to your online gallery where you can either print from our website or download and take to any print shop.

We use all Canon equipment. We are constantly upgrading to the latest and greatest cameras and lenses. We have bring multiple cameras and lenses to each wedding.
